Chenna sweet Recipe

It is a classic Indian sweet that is served as dessert. Enjoy this super yummy chenna sweet which is made with only a few ingredients and comes together in less than an hour. This sweet is so delicious, creamy, and will melt away in your mouth!

1.5 Cup(307.0 ml) Milk
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Pista(Chopped)
10 Strand(1.0 gm) Kesar
1.5 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1.5 Powder Tbsp(17.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a kadhai add 1.5 cup milk, 1 tsp lemon juice and stir till milk starts to curdle.

  • Use cotton cloth and drain out the water.

  • Transfer the chenna into a bowl and add 1.5 tbsp sugar powder, 10 kesar strands and rub and knead till it softens.

  • Transfer to a greased tray and gently press.

  • Garnish it with 2 tsp chopped pista and allow it to set

  • Cut, serve and enjoy.
