Chenna Sweet Recipe

2.0 Cup(307.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Pista
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2.0 Powder Tbsp(17.0 gm) Sugar
10.0 Strand(1.0 gm) Kesar
  • In a kadhai add 1.5 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tsp lemon juice and stir till Nestlé A+ Milk starts to Nestlé A+ Curdle.

  • Use cotton cloth and drain out the water.

  • Transfer the chenna into a bowl and add 1.5 tbsp sugar powder, 10 kesar strands and rub and knead till it softens.

  • Transfer to a greased tray and gently press.

  • Garnish it with 2 tsp chopped pista and allow it to set

  • Cut, serve and enjoy.
