For Chhena Kofta
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp grated paneer, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed potato, 1 tbsp besan, 1/4 red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/8 tsp salt and combine it well
- Step 2 Make small balls.
- Step 3 Heat oil in a pan and half fry kofta ball.
- Step 4 Remove them and coat them with 1 tbsp corn flour
- Step 5 Refry them until crisp and keep it aside

For Besan Mix
- Step 1 Mix 2 tbsp besan, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp green chilli paste, water as required until smooth.

For Kadhi
- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 hing, the besan mixture, water as required and simmer for some time.
- Step 2 Add the fried kofta and mix it gently.
- Step 3 Add a little water to adjust the consistency, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 5 Cover and cook for a minute.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist with white sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve with paratha or steamed rice.
