1/8 Grated Cup(16.0 gm) Cheese
1 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cauliflower
1 Grated Tbsp(6.0 gm) Broccoli
1/8 Grated Cup(17.0 gm) Carrot
1/8 Chopped Cup(18.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
1 Chopped Tsp(0.73 gm) Parsley
1/2 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp(27.0 gm) Cream Cheese
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
3 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Maida
  • For Tortilla

    In a bowl add 3 tbsp maida,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.

  • For Sauce

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp cream cheese,1/2 tbsp mayonnaise,1 tsp chopped parsley,1/4th tsp mixed herbs and mix it well.

  • For Rollups

    Place prepared tortilla then spread the sauce and add 1/8th cup chopped red capsicum,1/8th cup grated carrot,1 tbsp grated broccoli,1 tbsp grated cauliflower,1/8th cup grated cheese.

  • Roll the tortilla wrap using hand and seal it from both the sides.

  • Cut into the three pieces and serve.
