- Step 1 In a bowl, add boiled sweet potato,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tsp green
- Step 2 chilli paste, 1/4 tsp each of jeera powder and salt.
- Step 3 Squeeze and add 1 tsp lemon juice and mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Shape tikkis from the mashed mixture.
- Step 6 Coat the tikki with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 7 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry until it turns golden brown.
- Step 8 Flip the tikki and repeat.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
