Sweet potato kulcha delicious, flavor packed Indian bread. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside filled with cheesy filling. One recipe that fits into any meal time and tiffin box too.

In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt.
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Rest the dough for 5 min.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp mashed Sweet Potato, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Green Chilli paste, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 2 tbsp grated Cheese and 1/4 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves.
Mix all ingredients well.
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.
Fold and Seal.
Flatten into a Kulcha.
On a heated tawa, apply water at the base of kulcha and roast with 1 tsp ghee.
Flip and roast both sides.
