- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/3 cup boiled and diced sweet potato,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp each of jeera powder and salt.
- Step 2 Squeeze and add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Shape a patty from the mashed mix.
- Step 4 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Coat the patty with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 6 Give a nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Shallow fry until it turns golden brown on both sides.
- Step 8 Now, take 1 mediumsized burger bun.
- Step 9 Slice it open through the center.
- Step 10 Apply 2 tsp each of tomato ketchup, and mayonnaise.
- Step 11 Next, add 2 slices of fresh tomato, 1 slice of onion, 1/2 lettuce leave, and 1 cheese slice.
- Step 12 Place the tikki in the bun.
- Step 13 Cover the bun and serve.
