Cheesy Sweet Potato Burger Recipe

1/3 Boiled Diced Cup(35.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
2.0 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Slice(9.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Number(21.0 gm) Cheese Slice
1/2 Number(9.0 gm) Lettuce
2.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
2.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, add 1/3 cup boiled and diced sweet potato,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp each of jeera powder and salt.

  • Squeeze and add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Shape a patty from the mashed mix.

  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Coat the patty with bread crumbs

  • Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry until it turns golden brown on both sides.

  • Now, take 1 mediumsized burger bun.

  • Slice it open through the center.

  • Apply 2 tsp each of tomato ketchup, and mayonnaise.

  • Next, add 2 slices of fresh tomato, 1 slice of onion, 1/2 lettuce leave, and 1 cheese slice.

  • Place the tikki in the bun.

  • Cover the bun and serve.
