In a bowl, add 1/3 cup boiled and diced sweet potato,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp each of jeera powder and salt.
Squeeze and add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
Shape a patty from the mashed mix.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
Coat the patty with bread crumbs
Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Now, take 1 mediumsized burger bun.
Slice it open through the center.
Apply 2 tsp each of tomato ketchup, and mayonnaise.
Next, add 2 slices of fresh tomato, 1 slice of onion, 1/2 lettuce leave, and 1 cheese slice.
Place the tikki in the bun.
Cover the bun and serve.
