1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Beet Root
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a mixing bowl, add boiled grated beetroot,1/8th cup cream cheese, 1/4th tsp each of salt and oregano and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Mix all the ingredients well with a whisk, until they combine.
