Steps
- Step 1 For dabeli stuffingIn a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, boiled potato, 1 tbsp dabeli masala, mix well
- Step 2 Add water and stir well, cook on a medium flame for 23 min
- Step 3 Add 1/4th tsp mixed herbs along with 1 tsp pizza sauce and mix together
- Step 4 For ParathaAdd 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, water and knead well
- Step 5 Roll and add stuffing, with 1
- Step 6 5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese androll again
- Step 7 Roast with 1 tsp ghee
- Step 8 Spread sweet tamarind chutney, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp masala peanut, in between the two halves
- Step 9 Repeat the step of topping
