For dabeli stuffing
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, boiled potato, 1 tbsp dabeli masala, mix well.
Add water and stir well, cook on a medium flame for 23 min.
Add 1/4th tsp mixed herbs along with 1 tsp pizza sauce and mix together.
For Paratha
Add 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, water and knead well.
Roll and add stuffing, with 1.5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and
roll again.
Roast with 1 tsp ghee.
Spread sweet tamarind chutney, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp masala peanut, in between the two halves.
Repeat the step of topping.
