Cheesy Dabeli Paratha Recipe

A tangy and sweet, potato filling inside a paratha, with the crunchiness of peanuts. An easy snack made in a few minutes for your kids. Best evening snack to gorge on!

1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
1.5 Grated Tbsp(12.0 gm) Mozzarella
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/3 Cup(48.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Jaggery
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tamarind
120 Ml(120.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Dabeli Masala
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Masala Peanuts
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Diced Cup(66.0 gm) Potato
  • For dabeli stuffing

    In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, boiled potato, 1 tbsp dabeli masala, mix well.

  • Add water and stir well, cook on a medium flame for 23 min.

  • Add 1/4th tsp mixed herbs along with 1 tsp pizza sauce and mix together.

  • For Paratha

    Add 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, water and knead well.

  • Roll and add stuffing, with 1.5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and

  • roll again.

  • Roast with 1 tsp ghee.

  • Spread sweet tamarind chutney, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp masala peanut, in between the two halves.

  • Repeat the step of topping.
