Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp rice, steamed broccoli,1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp cornflour
- Step 2 Mash well
- Step 3 For StuffingAdd 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese,1 tbsp chopped,1/4th tsp mixed herbs
- Step 4 Mix well
- Step 5 Take a portion of rice mixture
- Step 6 Gently press it
- Step 7 Fill in 1 tbsp of cheese mixture
- Step 8 Fold and roll into round balls
- Step 9 Coat it with 2 tsp bread crumbs
- Step 10 Heat oil for frying in a pan
- Step 11 Deep fry till golden brown
- Step 12 Serve hot with tomato ketchup
- Step 13 Enjoy
