- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp rice that has been cooked, 1/4 cup grated broccoli,1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/8 tsp salt,1 tbsp besan and mix all ingredients.
- Step 2 In another bowl, add 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Divide the broccoli rice mixture into equal sized balls.
- Step 5 Stuff each ball with a spoonful of cheese mixture and roll again.
- Step 6 Preheat an air fryer at 180 degree celsius.
- Step 7 Place all the balls evenly.
- Step 8 Brush it with 2 tsp oil and air fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 9 Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
