- Steps to Prepare











In a bowl add 2 tbsp rice, steamed broccoli,1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp cornflour. Mash well.
For Stuffing
Add 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese,1 tbsp chopped,1/4th tsp mixed herbs. Mix well.
Take a portion of rice mixture.
Gently press it.
Fill in 1 tbsp of cheese mixture.
Fold and roll into round balls.
Coat it with 2 tsp bread crumbs.
Heat oil for frying in a pan.
Deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
