2 Tbsp(27.0 gm) Cream Cheese
1/8 Diced Cup(20.0 gm) Avocado
  • In a blender, add 1/8th cup diced avocado, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 2 tsp chopped red capsicum, 2 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp powdered black pepper.
