For the Uttapam
- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 2 Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese, cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Step 3 Sprinkle 1/8 tsp mix herbs on the uttapam, flip and cook till both sides turn light brown
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped veggies
- Step 5 Serve hot cheese uttapam with coconut chutney.

For Chutney
- Step 1 In a grinder jar add 1.5 tbsp grated dry coconut, 1.5 tbsp chana dal, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and a little water
- Step 2 Blend until smooth.
