Add more deliciousness and goodness of cheese to your regular uttapam. Soft and little crispy with cheese, perfect for kids menu. they can be served for breakfast, snacks or dinner.
For the uttapam
In a pan add 1 tsp oil.
Pour and spread the batter evenly.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese, cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/8th tsp mix herbs on the uttapam, flip and cook till both sides turn light brown.
To a blender jar add 1.5 tbsp dry coconut, 1.5 tbsp chana dal, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger and 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli.
Blend until smooth.
Serve hot cheese uttapam with coconut chutney.
