- Step 1 For the uttapamIn a pan add 1 tsp oil
- Step 2 Pour and spread the batter evenly
- Step 3 Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese, cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
- Step 4 Sprinkle 1/8th tsp mix herbs on the uttapam, flip and cook till both sides turn light brown
- Step 5 For chutneyTo a blender jar add 1
- Step 6 5 tbsp dry coconut, 1
- Step 7 5 tbsp chana dal, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger and 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli
- Step 8 Blend until smooth
- Step 9 Serve hot cheese uttapam with coconut chutney
