Cheese Tomato Sandwhich Grilled Recipe

This yummy grill sandwich is loaded with antioxidants and is full of cheese . Basil leaves adds a very italian twist to the dish giving you a variety in flavors.

2.0 4"(53.0 gm) White Bread
10.0 Slice(59.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Basil Leaves
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
3.0 Tsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
  • Place 2 white breads and spread 1 tbsp butter on both the slices.

  • On one bread, place 5 tomato slices and sprinkle 4 tbsp grated cheese

  • Season with 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp chopped basil leaves.

  • Cover the bread with the other slice and keep aside.

  • Take a toaster and brush it with 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Grill the sandwich on both the sides.

  • Cut into half and serve hot.
