- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 cup chopped spinach, 1/3 cup grated carrot, 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste and toss well.
