Cheese Roll Recipe

Cheese rolls is a popular food, easy to prepare and delicious snack where chapati is stuffed with mashed veggies and loaded with cheese. These are perfect as tiffin box snacks for kids.

  • Prepreparation

    Knead 1/4th cup wheat flour into a dough, roll and roast it on a pan and make a roti.

  • Boil and mash 1/2 cup potatoes

  • Preparation

    In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th cup chopped red capsicum, 1/8th cup chopped yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/4th tsp salt & mix, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Saute the mixture and keep it aside.

  • Take a roti and place the stuffing on one side

  • Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese

  • Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
