For Sesame Coconut Chutney
- Step 1 In a pan, roast 1 tsp white til. Add the roasted til, 2 tbsp grated dry coconut in a blender. Blend it with little water.

For Tempering Of The Chutney
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1 dry red chilli, 4 kadi patta and 1/8 tsp hing. Saute it well. Add it to the chutney.

For Uttapam
- Step 1 In a bowl, add the batter, 2 tsp ragi flour and mix it well.
- Step 2 Take a pan,heat 1 tsp oil.Pour the batter and spread it.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tbsp grated cheese on the batter.
- Step 4 Cover the pan with a lid & cook it .Flip the uttapam and cook on the other side.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated beetroot.
- Step 6 Serve hot with the sesame coconut chutney.
