Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt, little water,3 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1 tbsp peas, 3 tbsp grated cheese and mix it well

Cover & cook
- Step 4
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Knead 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt with water as required.
- Step 7
Roll into a round shape and cut into a half.
- Step 8
Make triangular pockets of each half.
- Step 9
Fill with pumpkin cheese mixture and seal the edges.
- Step 10
Heat oil for frying and deep fry the samosa until golden brown.
- Step 11
Serve hot.
