- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp maida, 3 tbsp bread crumbs, 4 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add oil, make small balls, and fry the poppers evenly until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 4 Serve with sauce or chutney.
