4 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Cheese (Grated)
3 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Maida
3 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp(0.63 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
For Frying(8.0 ml) Oil
As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • For mixture

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp maida, 3 tbsp bread crumbs, 4 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tsp mixed herbs,

  • 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, 1/8th tsp salt, kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist), crush 1/4th tsp black pepper,

  • Mix well.

  • For Frying

    Heat kadhai on low flame, add oil, make small balls from the dough, deep fry them evenly. Serve with sauce or chutney.
