When the name of cheese pav bhaji comes water automatically rolling in our mouth!This tangy, spicy recipe is not only kids favorite but everyone favorite. This finger licking recipe is not only tasty but also a perfect way to incorporate veges in yous kids meal.
Boil 1/4th cup potatoes
Boil 2 tbsp peas
For making Cheese pav bhaji
Heat the kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th cup chopped onion, saute them well.
Then add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup chopped bottle gourd, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower and add little water as required.
Add 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4th cup boiled, diced potato, saute them well.
Cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, mash it properly with a masher.
Add 1/2 cup chopped tomato, mix well. Add 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp amchur powder, 50 ml water, mix it well.
Then add 1 tbsp butter, mix & mash well. Cover with lid, cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, mix well.
Mash well, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it.
Garnish it with 2 tsp grated cheese and corainder leaves .Serve hot with pav.
