  • Prepreparation

    Boil 1/4th cup potatoes

  • Boil 2 tbsp peas

  • Preparation

    For making Cheese pav bhaji

  • Heat the kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th cup chopped onion, saute them well.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th cup chopped bottle gourd, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower and add little water as required.

  • Add 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4th cup boiled, diced potato, saute them well.

  • Cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes.

  • Remove the lid, mash it properly with a masher.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped tomato, mix well. Add 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tbsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp amchur powder, water, mix it well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp butter, mix & mash well. Cover with lid, cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, mix well.

  • Mash well, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it.

  • Garnish it with 2 tsp grated cheese and corainder leaves .Serve hot with pav.
