In a bowl, add 4 tbsp wheat flour, grated cheese, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and water as required. Knead a dough.
Roll into parantha, heat agriddle and grease with 1.5 tsp ghee.
Roast the paratha on both sides until cooked well.
Serve with raita.
