Cheese Paratha Recipe

Cheese an all time favorite combined with wheat flour layered stuffed paratha making it a simple, easy to prepare yet a flavorful meal option.

4.0 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1.0 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Cheese
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
17.0 Ml(17.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 4 tbsp wheat flour, grated cheese, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and water as required. Knead a dough.

  • Roll into parantha, heat agriddle and grease with 1.5 tsp ghee.

  • Roast the paratha on both sides until cooked well.

  • Serve with raita.
