Cheese Paneer Paratha With Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

Cheese Paneer Paratha is a delectable paratha stuffed with goodness of paneer, cheese and roasted to perfection. It is served with a refreshing mint coriander chutney that aids digestion and is an excellent meal option and complete dish for children.

  • For the stuffing

    Mix 3 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1 tbsp grated paneer in a bowl.

  • Now in another bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Now pour enough water to knead a soft dough.

  • Once the dough is ready, dust the rolling board with some dry flour.

  • Make small balls out of the dough.

  • One by one roll the balls into small discs and stuff them with the prepared stuffing.

  • Now again turn the stuffed discs into balls.

  • Over medium flame. place a nonstick pan and heat it.

  • Take one ball and roll it into a thick circular disc.

  • Place the disc over the hot pan and roast it.

  • Add 1 tsp ghee on the outer edges of the disc and roast it by firmly pressing the ladle.

  • Once the bottom side turns crisp and slightly golden in color, flip it side and similarly roast the other side.

  • Serve Hot
