In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/8 cup grated paneer,1.5 tbsp grated cheese,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and water. Knead a dough.
Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats.
Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.
Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.
Heat a griddle and roast the paratha from both sides.
Serve hot with any side of your choice.
