1.5 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Cheese
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/8 Grated Cup(17.0 gm) Paneer
3/4 Cup(109.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/8 cup grated paneer,1.5 tbsp grated cheese,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and water. Knead a dough.

  • Roll into a paratha and start creating pleats.

  • Stretch the pleated dough and dust with flour.

  • Start rolling into a thin circle and make a round paratha.

  • Heat a griddle and roast the paratha from both sides.

  • Serve hot with any side of your choice.
