For Sambhar
- Step 1 Add 1/4 tbsp tamarind paste, 1 drumstick, 1/8 cup diced capsicum, 1/8 cup diced brinjal, 1/8 cup chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp sambhar powder and 1/8 tsp salt for taste
- Step 2 Pour in some water and mix well
- Step 3 Cover the pan and cook until vegetables are soft.
- Step 4 Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, cooked tur dal and mix everything and let it simmer
- Step 5 Heat another pan with 1/4 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, kadi patta, 1/8 dry red chilli and saute
- Step 6 Add tadka to the sambhar and mix well
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 8 Garnish with 1/8 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/4 tsp grated fresh coconut

For Oats Uttapam
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp suji, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Pour in some water to adjust the consistency and mix well.
- Step 3 Grease a pan with 1 tsp oil, pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly
- Step 4 Flip and roast the other side
- Step 5 Top it up with 3 tsp grated cheese and cook until crisp
- Step 6 Serve it hot with vegetable sambhar.
