2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Tsp(0.24 gm) Chaat Masala
2.5 Grated Tbsp(19.0 gm) Cheese
1 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Oats
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Garlic Paste
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
2 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sweet Potato
  • Prepare the tikki mix in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed sweet potato, 2.5 tbsp grated cheese and 2 tbsp chopped onion.

  • Spice up the mix with 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves.

  • Mix all the ingredients together.

  • Mold it into flat round tikki

  • Heat griddle and roast the tikkis evenly with 2 tsp ghee until golden brown.

  • Flip and repeat on the other side.

  • Serve Hot.
