Cheese makes any dish tempting for kids. Oats tikki made with cheese is tasty and delicious snacks for a fulfilling snack.

Prepare the tikki mix in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed sweet potato, 2.5 tbsp grated cheese and 2 tbsp chopped onion.
Spice up the mix with 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Mold it into flat round tikki
Heat griddle and roast the tikkis evenly with 2 tsp ghee until golden brown.
Flip and repeat on the other side.
