Melting cheese wrapped in a dosa served with an antioxidant rich garlic chutney makes a perfect meal option or an easy to carry tiffin option.

Boil 1 potato.
Add 2 tsp Grated Dry Coconut, 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic, 3 Red Chilly, 1/4th tsp Salt, 1 tsp Olive Oil. Grind to a Smooth Texture.
In a bowl add batter, 1/8th tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 2 tsp chopped onion and saute.
Now add 1/4th tsp haldi, 2 tbsp boiled and chopped potato, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder and 1/8th tsp salt.
Saute the masala.
In a nonstick pan, spread the batter.
Roast it with 1 tsp oil until well cooked and both sides turn light brown.
Fill in the prepared masala, add 2 tbsp grated cheese and fold it.
Serve hot with garlic chutney.
