- Step 1 In a bowl add batter, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.Mix
- Step 2 well and set aside.
- Step 3 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 2 tsp chopped onion and saute. Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt and saute the masala.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 6 Roast it with 1 tsp oil until crisp and light brown.
- Step 7 Add the prepared masala, 2 tbsp grated cheese and fold it.
- Step 8 Serve hot with garlic chutney.
