Cheese Manchurian (Dry) Recipe

Cheese Manchurian is a simple, lip smacking appetizer recipe. This can be served with pulao, noodles or fried rice!

3.0 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Green Capsicum
2.0 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour
2.0 Grated Tsp(8.0 gm) Orange Carrot
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1.0 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Vinegar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • In a Bowl, Add 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2.5 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp sweet corn, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp green chilli, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp corn flour and mix the mixture

  • Heat Oil for frying

  • Put small portions of dough in oil and fry till golden brown
