- Step 1 In a bowl, add the sprouted moong paste to the idli batter and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Grease the idli moulds with 1/2 tsp oil, pour the batter into the moulds, and
- Step 4 add 1 tbsp of grated cheese on top of the batter.
- Step 5 Set the moulds in the idli stand, cover with a lid, and steam until the idlis are
- Step 6 cooked.
- Step 7 Serve hot with sambhar or chutney.
