Cheese Garlic Kulcha With Butter Recipe

Kulcha is a type of mildly leavened flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is a variation of naan. Cheese garlic kulcha gives you the goodness of protein, calcium and and medicinal properties present in garlic.

4 Tsp(9.0 gm) Cheese(Grated)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

2.5 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.73 gm) White Til
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
ingredients
As Required(45.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl add 4 tsp grated cheese.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic.Add 1/8th tsp amchur powder.

  • Add white sesame seeds (nutritional twist) and mix well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt and mix well. Roll the dough.

  • Fill in the stuffing and fold.

  • Add 1/4th tsp white til on top.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top and roll the dough.

  • Heat the tawa and roast the kulcha.

  • Add 1 tsp butter and roast.

  • Flip and roast.
