  • In a medium bowl break 1 egg.

  • To that, add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp

  • chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8 tsp salt

  • Whisk all the ingredients well and keep aside.

  • Take a nonstick pan and add 1 tsp butter in it.

  • When the butter melts, pour and spread the egg mixture.

  • Season the omelette with 1/4 tsp pepper and flip to allow the other side

  • to cook.

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese on one side and roll the omelette.

  • Serve hot with chapatti.
