In a medium bowl break 1 egg.
To that, add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp
chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8 tsp salt
Whisk all the ingredients well and keep aside.
Take a nonstick pan and add 1 tsp butter in it.
When the butter melts, pour and spread the egg mixture.
Season the omelette with 1/4 tsp pepper and flip to allow the other side
to cook.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese on one side and roll the omelette.
Serve hot with chapatti.
