Vegetable Cheese Egg Omelette Recipe

A perfectly folded soft omelette oozing with cheese is a quick and delicious recipe and every kids all time favorite with goodness of vegetables. This can be enjoyed anytime day or night. It can be served with chapatti, pav or bread.

  • In a medium bowl break 1 egg.

  • To that, add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli and 1/8th tsp salt

  • Whisk all the ingredients well and keep aside.

  • Take a nonstick pan and add 1 tsp butter in it.

  • When the butter melts, pour and spread the egg mixture.

  • Season the omelette with 1/4th tsp pepper and flip to allow the other side to cook.

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese on one side and roll the omelette.

  • Serve hot with chapatti.
