Cheese Corn Cutlet Recipe

1/4 Boiled Diced Cup(45.0 gm) Potato
1.0 Boiled Tbsp(12.0 gm) Sweet Corn
2.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
2.0 Grated Tsp(5.0 gm) Cheese
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Boil 1 tbsp sweet corn and 1/4th cup diced potato. Keep aside.

  • In mixing bowl, add boiled potato, boiled corn, 2 tsp cheese, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and mix well with your fingers.

  • Shape the mixture into 3 uniform cutlets and keep aside.

  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Shallow fry the cutlets on both the sides.

  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
