  • In mixing bowl, add boiled potato, boiled corn, 2 tsp cheese, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and mix well with your fingers.

  • Shape the mixture into 3 uniform cutlets and keep aside.

  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Shallow fry the cutlets on both the sides.

  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
