Cheese Corn Bhajiya Recipe

0.13 Boiled Cup(22.0 gm) Sweet Corn
2.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Besan
1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
3.0 Tbsp(20.0 ml) Oil
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation,

  • Boil 1/4th cup sweet corn and keep aside.

  • For bhajiya,

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup cooked sweet corn, 2 tbsp grated cheese, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8th tsp salt. Mix well with your fingers

  • Once mixed, add a little water and form small balls.

  • Take a kadhai and heat oil for deep frying.

  • Deep fry the bhajiyas until it evenly turns golden brown.

  • Remove and pat the bhajiyas for excess oil.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
