- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/8 cup boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated cheese, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Combine everything well.
- Step 4 Add a little water for binding and shape into even sized balls.
- Step 5 Heat a kadhai with oil.
- Step 6 Deep fry the bhajiyas until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 7 Flip occasionally for even cooking.
- Step 8 Serve hot bhajiya with ketchup.
