Steps
- Step 1 Prepreparation,Boil 1/8th cup sweet corn and keep aside
- Step 2 For bhajiya,In a mixing bowl, add 1/8th cup cooked sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated cheese, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8th tsp salt
- Step 3 Mix well with your fingersOnce mixed, add a little water and form small balls
- Step 4 Take a kadhai and heat oil for deep frying
- Step 5 Deep fry the bhajiyas until it evenly turns golden brown
- Step 6 Remove and pat the bhajiyas for excess oil
- Step 7 Serve hot with chutney
