Boil 1/4th cup sweet corn and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup cooked sweet corn, 2 tbsp grated cheese, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8th tsp salt. Mix well with your fingers
Once mixed, add a little water and form small balls.
Take a kadhai and heat oil for deep frying.
Deep fry the bhajiyas until it evenly turns golden brown.
Remove and pat the bhajiyas for excess oil.
Serve hot with chutney.
