- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp suji, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, a little water and mix well.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kadi patta, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/8 tsp hing and stir.
- Step 3 Add the tempering to the batter and mix well.
- Step 4 Take the mould and brush it with 1/2 tbsp oil.
- Step 5 Fill the mould with the batter, add 1 cheese square to each mould.
- Step 6 Cover and roast the appams.
- Step 7 Flip and cook both side equally.
- Step 8 Serve hot with sauce.
