Steps
- Step 1 Soak and pressure cook 2 tbsp chana
- Step 2 Keep aside
- Step 3 Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oilAdd 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th cup chopped onion and saute well until golden brown
- Step 4 Add 1 bay leaf and 1/4th cup chopped tomato
- Step 5 Saute well
- Step 6 Then add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp chole masala and mix well
- Step 7 Add water and cooked chana
- Step 8 Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 9 Allow it to simmer
- Step 10 Finally add 1 tsp lemon juice and garnish with 2 tbsp grated cheese
