- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1 bay leaf and 1/4 cup chopped tomato and saute again
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp chole masala and mix well.
- Step 4
Pour a little water and cooked chana.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6
Cook for 2 minutes until all flavors combine well
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and garnish with 2 tbsp grated cheese.
