Cheese Chole Recipe

When we take the name of cheese all recipe becomes kids favourite! This cheesy chole is a perfect mouthwatering recipe for the kids and also contains the goodness of proteins,calcium, phosphorus and fiber.

  • Soak and pressure cook 2 tbsp chana. Keep aside.

  • Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th cup chopped onion and saute well until golden brown.

  • Add 1 bay leaf and 1/4th cup chopped tomato. Saute well.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp chole masala and mix well.

  • Add water and cooked chana.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Allow it to simmer.

  • Finally add 1 tsp lemon juice and garnish with 2 tbsp grated cheese.
