The addition of cheese is a great option for kids as they love anything cheesy. This makes a yummy nutritious breakfast or snack. It is really easy to make and hardly takes any time to cook. You can add grated veggies to the batter also.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp ajwain and water to make a smooth batter.
Mix well to avoid lumps.
Now, in a frying pan and Pour the batter
Heat 1/2 tsp oil and roast on both sides.
Add 2 tbsp grated cheese on top.
Allow the cheese to melt.
In a Blender, take 1/2 cup mint Leaves.
Add 1/4th cup coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp green chilli paste, water as required
Grind and make chutney.
Serve this chutney with prepared cheela.
