Cheese Cheela with Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

The addition of cheese is a great option for kids as they love anything cheesy. This makes a yummy nutritious breakfast or snack. It is really easy to make and hardly takes any time to cook. You can add grated veggies to the batter also.

1/2 Cup(4.0 gm) Pudina(Chopped)

1/4 Cup(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(0.45 ml) Lemon Juice

  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp ajwain and water to make a smooth batter.

  • Mix well to avoid lumps.

  • Now, in a frying pan. heat 1/2 tsp Oil.

  • Pour the batter and roast on both sides.

  • Add 2 tbsp grated cheese on top.

  • Allow the cheese to melt.

  • For Chutney

    In a Blender, take 1/2 cup mint Leaves.

  • Add 1/4th cup coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp green chilli paste, water as required

  • Grind and make chutney.

  • Serve this chutney with prepared cheela.
