For Filling
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 4 Add 3 tbsp grated cheese, 2 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/4 tsp ajwain,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 6 Cook till done.

- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2 Knead into a dough and roll out into a round shape and add the mixture in the center.
- Step 3 Make square pockets & seal.
- Step 4 Brush with 1/8 tsp oil and air fry till golden brown.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
