For Filling
Heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
Mix all ingredients well.
Add 3 tbsp grated cheese, 2 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
*For Dough*
In 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.
Knead into dough and roll out using rolling pin and add mixture.
Make square pockets & seal.
Heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till golden brown.
Serve hot.
