Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
For Filling
Heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and 1/8 tsp salt.

Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 4
Add 3 tbsp grated cheese, 2 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/4 tsp ajwain,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 5
Cook till done.
- Step 6
*For Dough*
In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 7
Knead into dough and roll out into a round shape and add the mixture in the center.
- Step 8
Make square pockets & seal.
- Step 9
Brush with 1/8th tsp oil and roast till golden brown.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
