For Mixture
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion.
Saute till golden brown, now add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp grated carrot,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala and water.
Mix Well , add water as required.
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese, mix well, cover and cook until done.
For Dough
In 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida and 1/8 tsp salt.
Add water as required and knead Into dough.
Roll out using rolling pin.
Add mixture and make square pockets & seal.
Brush the nonstick pan with oil and roast on both sides till golden brown.
Serve hot.
