Steps
- Step 1 For MixtureHeat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion
- Step 2 Saute till golden brown, now add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp grated carrot,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala and water
- Step 3 Mix Well , add water as required
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp grated cheese, mix well, cover and cook until done
- Step 5 For DoughIn 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 6 Add water as required and knead Into dough
- Step 7 Roll out using rolling pin
- Step 8 Add mixture and make square pockets & seal
- Step 9 Brush the nonstick pan with oil and roast on both sides till golden brown
- Step 10 Serve hot
