Cheese Beetroot Squares

For Mixture

Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp grated beetroot,1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp garam masala, water if required and mix well.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.

Add 1 tbsp grated cheese and mix well.

Cover and let it cook.

For Dough

In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required.

Knead into a dough and roll out into a square shape, add the mixture and make square pockets & seal.

Brush the nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp oil and roast on both sides till golden brown or air fry for 1015 minutes.

Serve hot.
