- Steps to Prepare
For Mixture
Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.
Add boiled rajma , matki, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, water and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp grated cheese, mix well and add water as required.
Cover and let it cook.
For Dough
In 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required
Knead Into dough , roll out using rolling pin and add mixture.
Make square pockets & seal.
Heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till golden brown.
Serve hot.
