Cheese Beans Squares Recipe

Cheese is a great source of calcium, protein and fat. It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with other minerals. Beans present in square gives a good amount of complex carbohydrate, protein and fibre. Rajma is good a source of magnesium.

12.0 Ml(12.0 ml) Water

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
2.5 Tbsp(20.0 ml) Oil
  • For Mixture

    Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.

  • Add boiled rajma , matki, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, water and mix well.

  • Add 2 tbsp grated cheese, mix well and add water as required.

  • Cover and let it cook.

  • For Dough

    In 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water as required

  • Knead Into dough , roll out using rolling pin and add mixture.

  • Make square pockets & seal.

  • Heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
