For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp besan, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Step 2 Knead into a soft dough using water as required and cover the dough.
- Step 3 Rest the dough for a few minutes.

For Mixture
- Step 1 Soak and cook 2 tbsp rajma till soft. Drain the excess water.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and saute till onion turns golden brown.
- Step 3 Add cooked rajma, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, salt as per taste, and saute it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp grated cheese, and mix well.

For Squares
- Step 1 Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into a small circles.
- Step 2 Place mixture in the center and apply water to the sides.
- Step 3 Make square pockets and seal the edges.
- Step 4 Line a tray with parchment paper and place the square.
- Step 5 Brush with 1/2 tsp oil on top of the each square and bake in a preheated oven for 2025 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
