Steps
- Step 1 For MixtureHeat 1 tsp oil and add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and mix well
- Step 3 Add boiled rajma , matki, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, water and mix well
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp grated cheese, mix well and add water as required
- Step 5 Cover and let it cook
- Step 6 For DoughIn 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water as requiredKnead Into dough , roll out using rolling pin and add mixture
- Step 7 Make square pockets & seal
- Step 8 Heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till golden brown
- Step 9 Serve hot
