1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

50 Gm(50.0 gm) Tuna

1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves

1 Mashed Tbsp(16.0 gm) Feta Cheese

1/8 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Cherry Tomato

2 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Avocado

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
Take 50 gm tuna, 2 tbsp chopped avocado, 1 tbsp mashed feta cheese, 1/8 cup chopped cherry tomato, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 black pepper powder.
Mix well and serve fresh.
