- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomatoes and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp of each jeera, dhania powder, garam masala powder and red chilli powder.
- Step 4 Mix everything well
- Step 5 Pour in some water and add the cooked chauli.
- Step 6 Add 1/2 tsp salt and cover with a lid to cook.
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 9 Serve with chapati.
