Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp of chopped onion and 3 tbsp of chopped tomatoes.
- Step 4
Saute the ingredients well.
- Step 5
Next, add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp each of jeera and dhania powder,1/4 tsp garam masala powder and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 6
Mix well and add enough water.
- Step 7
Add the cooked chawli.
- Step 8
Add 1/2 tsp salt and cover with a lid to cook.
- Step 9
Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapati.
