Chauli Falli Aur Aloo Vegetable Recipe

A dry sabzi made by stir frying potatoes and chauli beans with Indian spices. A nutritious blend of greens and carbs thats quick and easy to make for everyday menu

1/4 Cup(30.0 gm) French Beans(Chopped)

2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Potato(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a non stick pan.

  • Add 1/4th tsp rai and allow to crackle.

  • Now add 1/8th tsp of Hing powder followed by 1tbsp chopped onion and saute

  • Add 1 tablespoon of chopped red tomato,followed by 1/8th tsp of haldi and mix the ingredients well.

  • To this, add 2 tbsp of chopped potato and 1/4th cup chopped french beans.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp of salt and saute the vegetables until all the ingredients combine well.

  • Now cover the pan and cook on medium heat until the vegetables are done. Garnish and serve.
