- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 3 Add a little water, mix it well and cook for a minute
- Step 4 Add cooked and chopped raw banana, cooked chauli and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 5 Mix well and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds
- Step 7 Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
