- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 5 tbsp grated paneer and season with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 4 Mix everything well and seta side
- Step 5 In another bowl add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and pour in little water
- Step 6 Knead into a soft dough.
- Step 7 Divide into equal parts, roll each into a round shape
- Step 8 Heat a tava, place the roti and cook on both sides and set aside
- Step 9 Heat another pan, add ghee, place the roti and add a spoonful of the paneer mixture on one side
- Step 10 Top it up with grated cheese and cover with another side
- Step 11 Cook on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 12 Cut into half and serve hot
