Chapati is a delicious, thin and light Indian flatbread that is served with many different curry dishes. They are perfect accompaniment for any main dish.
In a mixing bowl take 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
Pouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
Rolling it into a ball form and flatten to make it in a circular chapati shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the chapati with 1 tsp oil on it.
Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
