A staple flat indian bread made with whole wheat flour, 100% healthy to have with sabjis.
In a mixing bowl take 1/4th cup wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Pouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
Rolling it into a ball form, coat it very lightly with whole wheat flour. Flatten and make it in a circular chapatti/roti shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the chapatti/roti on it.
Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
Apply ghee and Serve hot.
