Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Add a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Divide into equal parts, flatten it and roll into a roti.
- Step 4
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the chapati.
- Step 5
Apply 2 tsp ghee and serve hot.
- Step 6
Serve with your favorite sabji.
