Chapatti Jaggery Ladoo Recipe

A left over chapatti assimilated together with roasted nuts, organic jaggery and goodness of ghee fulfills instant sweet tooth. Tasty and Crunchy ladoos made in no time.

0.75 Cup(109.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
4.0 Powder Tbsp(41.0 gm) Jaggery
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Almond
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cashewnut
3.0 Tbsp(45.0 gm) Ghee
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • Take a blender, break a roasted chapatti and blend to a powder form. Keep aside.

  • Heat a frying pan, add the previously powdered chapati, roast it and keep aside.

  • Melt 2 tbsp ghee in a frying pan, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, roast and keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl and add the previously roasted chapatti powder, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, add the previously roasted mix of nuts and ghee.

  • Mix all the ingredients properly with hand and make ladoos.

  • Serve fresh.
