Chane Ke Kebab Recipe

3.0 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(39.0 gm) Potato
2.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
4.0 Tsp(13.0 ml) Oil
13.0 Ml(13.0 ml) Water
  • Soak chana overnight, mash and keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl and add the previously mashed chana, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 2.5 tbsp mashed potato and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mash and mix properly with hand.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape the batter to make raw kebabs, coat them with bread crumbs and keep aside.

  • Heat 4 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.

  • Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
