Steps
- Step 1 Soak chana overnight, mash and keep aside
- Step 2 Take a mixing bowl and add the previously mashed chana, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 2
- Step 3 5 tbsp mashed potato and 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 4 Mash and mix properly with hand
- Step 5 Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape the batter to make raw kebabs, coat them with bread crumbs and keep aside
- Step 6 Heat 4 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan
- Step 7 Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown
- Step 8 Serve hot
