- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl and add the previously mashed chana, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 2.5 tbsp boiled mashed potato and 1/4th tsp salt.
- Step 2
Mash and mix properly with hand.
- Step 3
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape the batter to make raw kebabs, coat them with 2 tbsp bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Step 4
Heat 4 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.
- Step 5
Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
