  • In a kadhai add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 green elaichi, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped ginger, tomato puree, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp sugar.

  • Mix them well and then add water as required for the curry.

  • Then add 1 tbsp peas, 1/4 cup boiled diced potato,1/8 cup cubed paneer and stir it for a few minutes.

  • Serve hot with chapatti.
