Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp cumin seeds and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp cooked bengal gram dal and water as required and stir well.
- Step 4
Next, add 1/4 tsp each of salt and turmeric and mix well.
- Step 5
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 6
Put off the heat, and puree the mixture with a blender.
- Step 7
Finally, give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
