Spicy Maharashtrian dish made with Indian earthy spices adding a touch of flavor and filled with Iron, Fiber and Protein.
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
Add 1/8th tsp rai and let it crackle.
Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2.5 tbsp of chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt and 2.5 tbsp of chopped tomatoes.
Saute the ingredients well.
Next, add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, water and allow it to simmer.
Then add 1/2 tsp jeera powder, cooked chana and mix well.
Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot in a gravy bowl with steamed rice.
