Steps
- Step 1 Take a kadhai and heat 1
- Step 2 5 tsp oil
- Step 3 Add 1/8th tsp rai and let it crackle
- Step 4 Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2
- Step 5 5 tbsp of chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt and 2
- Step 6 5 tbsp of chopped tomatoes
- Step 7 Saute the ingredients well
- Step 8 Next, add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, water and allow it to simmer
- Step 9 Then add 1/2 tsp jeera powder, cooked chana and mix well
- Step 10 Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 11 Serve hot in a gravy bowl with steamed rice
