- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1.5 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 2.5 tbsp chopped tomatoes and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and mix well
- Step 4 Pour in some water and simmer until all spices combine well
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp jeera powder, cooked chana and mix well
- Step 6 Cook for 2 minutes until everything combines well
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 9 Serve hot with steamed rice.
