- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1.5 tsp of oil. Add 1/8 tsp of mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 2 tsp of gingergarlic paste, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion and 2.5 tbsp chopped tomatoes. Sauté the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric,1/4 tsp cumin seeds,1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder. Mix well and add a little water.
- Step 4 Add the cooked chickpeas, 1/8 tsp of salt, cover with a lid and cook.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
